Matt Dunfrund is a real estate veteran who has worked in numerous roles throughout the industry since 2006.

Matt started his career as an asset manager and was involved in the successful closing of twelve retail centers nationally totaling $113,000,000. Additionally, Matt asset managed a $74,000,000 retail portfolio, handling all facets of daily operations including investor reporting, TI/CapEx project management, and leasing efforts.

In 2016, Matt decided to further pursue his passion for sales in the residential & multifamily brokerage space. Matt enjoyed a productive brokerage career, completing 80 transactions throughout Los Angeles while at Keller Williams & Lyon Stahl Real Estate.

Most recently, Matt has spent his time focused on property management, leasing, and assisting clients with the renovation & turnover of their rental units. Matt is excited to utilize his diverse real estate experience to help Playa Real Estate Solutions’ clients achieve their goals.

A native Angeleno, Matt graduated from Loyola High School & obtained his BA in Business Management from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
