Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU’s) are a great way to increase housing opportunities to renters while also increasing property values by adding more square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, and/or units to the title of their property. In addition to increasing property value and utilizing unused space, ADU’s have become a great way to generate passive income by renting the ADU to a market rate tenant.

ADU’s are allowed at single family homes, apartment buildings, and commercial properties. Many of our clients are adding ADU’s at their primary residences by converting garages and empty space into an ADU, and our clients adding ADU’s at their apartment and commercial buildings are converting existing tuck-under parking, backyard empty space, storage units, garages and utility rooms into an ADU!
